The range of nozzles is available in two designs which cover a wide range of application areas.The design 0 variant with central liquid feed and without pre-atomisation is particularly well suited for spraying highly viscous media. However, depending on the ability to regulate, the contamination risk and the viscosity, it is also available with pre-atomisation. Different swirl chambers are used here depending on the viscosity. By contrast, design 1 allows users to control the liquid flow via the position of the liquid regulation needle.

The liquid is applied to a large specific surface using compressed air, gas or steam – from 0.5 bar (OP). Depending on the viscosity, density and surface tension, the liquid can be aspirated over a gradient or fed under pressure. Within certain limits, the nozzles can also act as injectors.
